Maize Flour, Coconut Flour, Besan Flour, Creamer (Vegetable Fat, Glucose Syrup, Modified Starch 1450), MCT Oil Powder (Medium Chain Triglycerides, Glucose Syrup Solids, Milk Protein, Emulsifier (471)), Soluble Corn Fibre, Maize Starch, Egg White Powder, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate), Natural Flavour, Cinnamon, Sweeteners (Steviol Glycosides, Thaumatin).

1. Add 50g of dry blend to 60mL of cold water in a bowl.

2. Whisk to remove lumps.

3. Pour batter into a heated frypan.

4. Cook over low to medium heat for 1 to 2 mins each side until golden brown.

5. Cool slightly before eating.
